Return and Refund Policy
First Time Customers
Since Janco Associates, Inc. is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds to first time customers (see definition of prior customers below) once the order has been completed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any product at our sites. There is a sample download available, usually with a full table of contents that can be downloaded, printed, and reviewed. Our products are sold "as is".
Nevertheless, we realize that exceptional circumstances can arise with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor refund requests on the following grounds:
- Product shortfall inherent to a written document, policy or procedures; this reason is to be submitted to our support's approval. Notwithstanding the constant review of all our products before release unexpected shortfalls, may occur.
- Duplicate purchase of the same product by the same customer (FULL CASH REFUND less credit card processing fees will be provided).
Failure to receive or download the product, as well as inability to install or use it due to deficient or inadequate software or hardware, or due to lack of related skills, does not constitute grounds for refund. Operational requirements for each product are deemed read and understood before purchase. Valid email address must be provided for delivery.
Prior customers [those who have purchased other Janco products from any one of its sites - www.e-janco.com, www.ejobdescription.com, www.it-toolkits.com, or www.itproductivity.org] can receive a FULL CASH REFUND in lieu of store credit.
- The company must be the same as original purchase or
- The email address must be the same as the original purchase
Electronic materials can be returned within 30 days of order placement with an RMA (Return Material Authorization). 100% of the price will be provided in the form of a store credit (see exception which qulaify for FULL CASH REFUND listed above). The customer must provide a signed letter on company stationery that states the electronically delivered product(s), copies (both electronic and printed), and derivatives made from those products have been destroyed and removed from all computers and workstations that had the product(s).
All requests must be accompanied with a full explanation of the deficiency in the item being returned so that we can correct any shortcomings in the product.
Only after the destruction documentation and full explanation has been reviewed and approved by Janco will the credit be processed.
Since all of our products table of conents and sample pages are available for review prior to purchase we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Product does not meet requirements
- Product is not what we expected
- Product is not available in physical format
Return Material Authorization
An RMA can be obtained by calling 435 940-9300 x 101. If no one is there, please leave a message with your name, email address, company name, phone number, order number and reason for the return.

Please allow 12-24 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on the problem. Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 30 days after the order is placed. Each request must be accompanied by detailed and grounded reasons why applying for a refund.
By mutual consent, exchanges will be made to avoid refunds. Such exchanges will be offered on case-by-case basis.
Janco Associates, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Ret run and Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer, it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Janco Associates, Inc. ' web sites.
